The Development Promotion Institute (IPD) is celebrating its 13th anniversary this year. Dialog Circles in Your Town! The Yes, We Can Paraná movement aims at reaching out to all municipalities in Paraná. The goal for 2010 is to take the mobilization for UN’s Millennium Goals (MGs) to 399 municipalities, by implementing Municipal Work Centers.
